Beginning this June (2026) I will be your Veteran, Woman owned, Spanish Springs community wellness spa! I will offer medical grade full body Red Light Therapy, full body lymphatic drainage (with far infrared heat and EMS) pressure suit, cold plunge, vibration plate and far infrared sauna. I will be adding more as time goes on and of course massage therapy will always be offered.
